The Office of the Inspector General of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria is implementing the I Speak Out Now! campaign, designed to encourage staff and grant implementers to denounce fraud, abuse and human rights violations in the programs we finance.
We are all aware and looking forward to the AIDS 2016 conference, that is to take place in July in Durban, South Africa. Some us are going to be there. Thus we should also be aware of the pre conference meetings and workshops planned by various activists worldwide.
