Due to the US government’s decision to suspend foreign aid for 90 days, which includes a freeze on USAID and PEPFAR funding, we are facing significant disruptions in HIV/AIDS programs in Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia.
ECOM and EHRA as a host of the EECA Regional Platform are conducting this survey among civil society organizations and community groups to assess the impact of this decision on projects serving key populations in our region. Your responses will help us to gauge the extent of the issue, connect our region to international processes, and identify possible steps for support.
Please complete the survey here:
https://forms.gle/wMd2UUcHHKGhCZaX8.
Please help disseminate this survey among your partners to ensure a broad and comprehensive response!
Please submit your responses by no later than February 17, 2025. If you have any questions, please write to uluk@ecom.ngo.
