The 2nd Regional Consultation on HIV among MSM and Trans People in Eastern Europe and Central Asia “New Challenges and Approaches in the Response to the HIV Epidemic among MSM and Trans People in Eastern Europe and Central Asia”  be held on 31 May – 1 June 2018 in Tbilisi, Georgia.

The Financial Mechanism Office (“the FMO”) announces call for proposals for grants for transnational projects under the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Regional Cooperation (“the Fund”).

The conference will  bring together civil society organizations, national and European policy maker and other stakeholder to discuss – for the first time – the importance of civil society involvement in drug policy.

On May 9–10 2018, the Global Fund’s Board will consider revisions to the Fund’s Eligibility Policy based upon recommendations from its Strategy Committee. While some of these recommendations are positive, others raise serious concerns.
