The global community now has the tools to meaningfully address new HIV infections; however, HIV is on the rise in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA).

Last week, governments philanthropic donors and the private sector pledged US$14 billion for the Sixth Global Fund Replenishment. But this was the minimum amount required and will not be enough to meet 2030 targets.

The Eurasian Harm Reduction Association (EHRA), as part of the implementation of the EECA Regional Platform for Communication and Coordination project supported by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, has collected information concerning the availability of HIV and TB-related technical support (TS) for NGOs and CBOs in the EECA region.
