The French 7% Initiative (formerly 5% Initiative) has announced a call for proposals on “Strengthening high-quality health systems accessible for all”.

Seeking to evaluate the processes and consequences of the transition from the Global Fund financing of HIV response among key affected populations with the sustainability of harm reduction services, a number of case studies were developed on some of the EECA region countries.

The Global Fund 2017 Eligibility List identified which country components (HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis or malaria) were eligible to receive an allocation for the year 2018.
