Calls for Proposals from the French 7% Initiative

This call for proposals has been launched with a view to selecting projects that complement GF grants aimed at improving access for the most vulnerable populations to high-quality healthcare, based on strategies that are appropriate and integrated into local communities. Access to healthcare is defined here as access to information, prevention and treatment.
Call for proposals will total approximately €10 million.
The call is for projects that complement Global Fund grants in two areas:
(1) Access to healthcare for vulnerable populations
(2) Health System Strengthening at all levels (local community to national).
Here is the list of eligible countries in EECA region:

▪ Kosovo
▪ Moldavia
▪ Montenegro
▪ Romania
▪ Serbia
▪ Ukraine
Proposals are due 23 March 2018.

This web-resource is a part of new regional communication and coordination project “Regional Civil Society and Community Support, Coordination and Communication Platform - EECA”, implemented by Eurasian Harm Reduction Association (EHRA).
