Scholarships to attend the 25th International AIDS Conference

We are happy to inform you that within the framework of the EECA Regional Platform project the Eurasian Harm Reduction Association (EHRA) is able to partially support the participation of a limited number of civil society representatives – including from among the communities affected by and vulnerable to HIV and TB – from the EECA region in the 25th International AIDS Conference that will take place on 22- 26 July 2024 in Munich, Germany (AIDS2024).
The following expenses (several or all) could be supported by the scholarship:
- Travel expenses to Munich and back (in relation to international sanctions tickets from and to Russia and Belarus can’t be purchased).
- Accommodation on the official dates of the Conference.
- Registration.
Partial financing of participation in AIDS2024 is available to civil society and communities’ representatives from the EECA region, who fulfill the following criteria:
- Received confirmation from the International AIDS Society (IAS) that the submitted abstract(s) has been accepted as a presentation or poster within the Conference program.
- Applied for the conference scholarship and was denied or received partial scholarship.
- The topic(s) of the abstract(s) submitted and accepted for the AIDS2024 is related to Global Fund processes taking place in EECA region.
If you fulfill the criteria listed above, please see the terms of participation in the RFP. To apply for a scholarship the application form and required documents must be submitted by 28th April 2024 COB CET to info@harmreductioneurasia.org with the subject line “RFP-04-13 Name Surname”.
IMPORTANT: only full applications will be considered, containing filled application form and required documents.
The results will be announced by 5th May 2024.
Services for migrants and refugees from Ukraine – HIV/TB care with a focus on key populations
Due to the increasing flows of refugees from Ukraine because of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the EECA Regional Platform created a spreadsheet to fill contacts details of face-to-face and online services for refugees and migrants (with a focus on HIV/TB care and key population groups).

This web-resource is a part of new regional communication and coordination project “Regional Civil Society and Community Support, Coordination and Communication Platform - EECA”, implemented by Eurasian Harm Reduction Association (EHRA).
