The Kazakh Scientific Center for Dermatology and Infectious Diseases within the framework of the implementation of KAZ-H-RAC grant from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, the «HIV» component, announces a competition for contracting an International Consultant.
Scope of work for a Consultant:
-to conduct country transition readiness assessment with focus on public contracting of NGOs for delivery of HIV prevention, care & support services to key populations;
-development of a case study document on public contracting of NGOs for delivery of HIV services in Kazakhstan.

Technical proposal shall include a brief description on approach the consultant would choose in undertaking the assignment, planned methodology, a work plan.
The budget proposal should specify the daily rate, anticipated level of efforts, travel and other expenses separately in US dollars based on 5 working days per week.
