“Every homework that we had we used as an opportunity to consult our team. That push up to work together was something that I think to be very useful. There is a list of tools and exercises to assess the sustainability of the organization that I believe we can use from now on.
I concluded that each organization a couple of times in a life span should go through something like this. I do believe that we need a constant assessment of where are and how do we stand. Specifically, right now when the future is uncertain. We had a covid that showed how ready we are for specific change and how the situation will affect the work of the organization itself.”
