USAID is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from qualified entities to implement the Regional Approaches for Eradicating Tuberculosis (RAFET) program in Central Asia.

Program Title: Regional Approaches for Eradicating Tuberculosis (RAFET) activity
The goal of the Regional Approaches For Eradicating Tuberculosis (RAFET) activity is to reduce the burden of Tuberculosis (TB), particularly drug‐resistant tuberculosis (DR‐TB), in the Central Asia region.
The geographical focus of RAFET will include all five CA countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
USAID intends to award one Cooperative Agreement pursuant to this notice of funding opportunity. Subject to funding availability and at the discretion of the Agency, USAID intends to provide up to $10,000,000.00 (ten million) in total USAID funding for the period of performance of (5) five years. The initial implementation period is three years with expected funding of $6,000,000 (six million) in total. The initial implementation period may be extended for two more years.
