Global Fund: guidance for beginners

The aim of this guidance is to provide extensive introductory information about Global Fund to people who either know nothing about the Fund, or know but not enough. Among such people there are new members of Country coordination committees (CCC), employers of new key recipients (KR) and sub-recipients (SR) (or new employers of active KR and SR) and state agents, employers of non-governmental organizations (NGO), donor agencies and journalists who writes about the Fund. The guidance contain introductory chapter and 10 chapters describing different aspects of Global Fund work: introduction to Global Fund, structure of Global Fund, partnership, funds collected by Global Fund, financial liabilities of Global Fund and funds spent by it, process of proposal submissions to Global Fund, Country coordination committees (CCC)< process of grant implementation and report on work progress.
