The 54th Board meeting of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria is taking place 11 – 13 February 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland.
People affected by TB, community-based organizations, and regional and global civil society networks prepared a letter addressing the Global Fund Director and Board members on the importance of ensuring direct Global Fund support to TB-affected communities, key and vulnerable populations, and TB civil society at country level.
The letter reflects broad coordination across national TB survivor networks, regional platforms, and global partners. It has been endorsed by more than 70 organizations worldwide and supported by over 11,000 individuals through a global petition calling for fair and equitable financing of TB community programs.
