We would like to inform you that within the framework of the EECA Regional Platform project the Eurasian Harm Reduction Association (EHRA) will be able to partially or fully support the participation of a limited number of civil society representatives – including communities affected and vulnerable to HIV and TB – from the EECA region in the 25th International AIDS Conference (July 22 – 26, 2024 in Munich, Germany).
Support in the form of partial or full co-financing of participation in the Conference will be available to civil society and community representatives from the EECA region, who fulfill the following criteria:
- Created profile on the conference website;
- Received confirmation from the International AIDS Society (IAS) that the submitted abstract(s) has been accepted as a presentation or poster within the Conference program;
- Received a response from the Conference Scholarship Committee regarding the scholarship (on granting or denying a full or partial scholarship).
- Important: The topic of the abstracts submitted and accepted for the Conference should be related to ensuring meaningful participation of civil society and community representatives in the processes related to the implementation of the Global Fund grants at the national level. If you have interesting data and/ or experience on this topic that is worth, we encourage you to submit your abstract to the Conference!
We would like to remind you that abstracts for AIDS 2024 are being accepted until January 23, 2024, 23:59 Central European Time.
The EHRA competition for partial or full scholarship support to attend the 25th International AIDS Conference will be announced in early April 2024 – when the results of the scholarship applications are announced by the Conference Scholarship Committee.
