UNAIDS has published a report, that features six country experiences of financing community responses through governmental mechanisms, including Moldova from EECA region.
This report is easily readable, containing an overview introduction with key points and conclusions and 6 blocks by country, each containing the background information, the description of the funding mechanism, background and functionality and next steps. The report is only available in English, but we have translated some general key points and more particularly – the information on Moldova in a small brief.
