Applicants apply for a country allocation by completing and submitting a funding request. Different Funding request application packages have been developed which are tailored to the needs of different portfolios with different forms, required documents, and review criteria. The GC8 Funding Request Documents are available on the Global Fund website.
The list of core Global Fund’s guidance for GC8 is being progressively published starting in mid-December 2025. Core guidance are documents the Global Fund considers essential reading for those participating in country dialogue, funding request development, grant-making, and grant implementation They are based on normative technical guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and relevant partners and aim to guide Global Fund investments across HIV, TB, malaria and Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health grants.
Investment Guidance can inform country-led decision making on how to maximize the impact of Global Fund resources, and ensure alignment with overall spending plans, including domestic resourcing and external funding from other sources.
Services for migrants and refugees from Ukraine – HIV/TB care with a focus on key populations
Due to the increasing flows of refugees from Ukraine because of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the EECA Regional Platform created a spreadsheet to fill contacts details of face-to-face and online services for refugees and migrants (with a focus on HIV/TB care and key population groups).

This web-resource is a part of new regional communication and coordination project “Regional Civil Society and Community Support, Coordination and Communication Platform - EECA”, implemented by Eurasian Harm Reduction Association (EHRA).
