Aim: to remind the participants about the opportunities available for civil society and communities in EECA within the Global Fund’s CE TA Program in 2024 as well as about changes and differences from the previous phase of Program implementation.
Target audience: NGO and communities’ representatives from the next EECA countries eligible for the Global Fund CE technical assistance: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan (TB), Ukraine, Uzbekistan.

Due to the increasing flows of refugees from Ukraine because of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the EECA Regional Platform created a spreadsheet to fill contacts details of face-to-face and online services for refugees and migrants (with a focus on HIV/TB care and key population groups).
