Call for technical proposals for conducting assessment of NGO social contracting in Kazakhstan

Scope of work for a Consultant:
-to conduct country transition readiness assessment with focus on public contracting of NGOs for delivery of HIV prevention, care & support services to key populations;
-development of a case study document on public contracting of NGOs for delivery of HIV services in Kazakhstan.

Please submit an up-to-date resume and a 2-3 pages written proposal in English or Russian to email gf.davletgaliyeva@kncdiz.kz, gf.mio@kncdiz.kz by 18-00 Nur-Sultan on Thursday, September 01- 2019. E-mail proposals should not exceed 5 MB.
Technical proposal shall include a brief description on approach the consultant would choose in undertaking the assignment, planned methodology, a work plan.
The budget proposal should specify the daily rate, anticipated level of efforts, travel and other expenses separately in US dollars based on 5 working days per week.
