ABOUT THE RADIAN UNMET NEED FUND
RADIAN is a ground-breaking partnership between the Elton John AIDS Foundation and Gilead Sciences that aims to meaningfully address new HIV infections and deaths from AIDS-related illnesses in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA).
The RADIAN Unmet Need Fund aims to support organisations in partnership with communities and health systems in scaling up innovative HIV services, particularly linkage to care, treatment initiation and adherence support, prevention, and harm reduction, as well as community education and advocacy projects
Grant seekers from 25 territories in EECA (Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Georgia, Kosovo, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, or Uzbekistan) who share our vision of significantly improving the quality of care for people living with HIV, and addressing new HIV infections and deaths from AIDS-related illnesses, are eligible to apply for the RADIAN Unmet Need Fund at www.ejaf.org/radian.
RADIAN Unmet Need Fund grants will be awarded through a structured, two-step grants process managed by the Elton John AIDS Foundation.

Due to the increasing flows of refugees from Ukraine because of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the EECA Regional Platform created a spreadsheet to fill contacts details of face-to-face and online services for refugees and migrants (with a focus on HIV/TB care and key population groups).
If you provide such services or know verified providers, please fill out the spreadsheet at your earliest convenience, and, please, update it as more verified information is available. These can be services for national citizens if they are also accessible to international migrants and refugees.

This web-resource is a part of new regional communication and coordination project “Regional Civil Society and Community Support, Coordination and Communication Platform - EECA”, implemented by Eurasian Harm Reduction Association (EHRA).
