L’Initiative has launched its 2024 call for projects. The aim of the call for proposals is to select projects complementary to and/or supporting Global Fund grants.
38 countries are eligible, across all six regions. Only one EECA country is eligible – Ukraine.
There are three calls, all of which close on 24 January 2024 (for the submission of letters of intent):
- Strengthening key and vulnerable populations against HIV, tuberculosis and malaria for their health and well-being
- Strengthening Health Systems (HSS) at all levels (community to national) : Health Human Resources (HHR) at the heart of Health Systems
- Support for Operational Research targeting children in the face of pandemics
