ECUO
ECUO is a regional partner organization founded by people living with HIV for people living with HIV! We connect PLWH community from countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA) for increase of its influence on extension of access to antiretroviral treatment by use of effective regional and international tools to provide observance of right of all people living with HIV in EECA region to receive proper access to treatment.
Currently ECUO members are organizations from 16 countries of EECA region, that is Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Mongolia, Poland, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Estonia. Our aim:
Due to effective partnership and active advocacy efforts influence of PLWH community on extension of access to timely, complex and high-quality treatment, care and support for adults and children living with HIV in EECA region has increased.

Services for migrants and refugees from Ukraine – HIV/TB care with a focus on key populations
Due to the increasing flows of refugees from Ukraine because of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the EECA Regional Platform created a spreadsheet to fill contacts details of face-to-face and online services for refugees and migrants (with a focus on HIV/TB care and key population groups).
