ViiV Healthcare launches HIV Prevention Fund to support community-led initiatives in efforts to end AIDS by 2030

Please see this funding opportunity from ViiV Healthcare seeking applications from non-governmental organisations, community-based organisations, and patient advocacy groups, to support advocacy efforts in ensuring HIV prevention is sufficiently prioritised in national policy/public health programmes to effectively reduce the incidence of HIV.
This HIV Prevention Fund will cover countries that are part of the European Union and the UK, as well as Argentina, China, Brazil, Russia, Peru, Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico, Vietnam, and Ukraine.
Applications for the Fund, which could provide grants of up to £70,000 per annum for up to two years, should address at least one of our priority funding areas and associated themes, which include:
- Civil society driven national advocacy
- National coordination of joint advocacy
- Regional advocacy
- Capacity strengthening
The application deadline is 9th September 2021.

Services for migrants and refugees from Ukraine – HIV/TB care with a focus on key populations
Due to the increasing flows of refugees from Ukraine because of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the EECA Regional Platform created a spreadsheet to fill contacts details of face-to-face and online services for refugees and migrants (with a focus on HIV/TB care and key population groups).
